We could not be prouder to announce that all 44 of our students who took exams this year passed with flying colours!
We had 30 students taking their first ever I.S.T.D exam and 14 students, who had taken exams in the last sitting, either taking the next grade up or an exam in a different discipline.
We had a 100% Merit and Distinction rate for Modern Theatre & Tap, while our Ballet students had the highest Distinction ratio!
Each child demonstrated dedication, perseverance, and commitment to their practice, whether in class, during privates, or at home. Their hard work put them in the best position possible to show off their skills.
Their performance in the exams didn’t just show how well they can dance. No matter their results, the exam days showed their personal growth and maturity. They faced all the challenges that come with exams and high pressure situations with resilience, stayed focused and determined, and maintained a positive attitude throughout. Some children were incredibly nervous and we are so so proud of them for facing their fears. Those qualities are priceless and will definitely serve them well in the future.
A big thank you to our examiner for making a huge effort to help some of our youngest and most nervous dancers feel at ease and able to demonstrate their abilities.
We are the proudest teachers, not only due to the exceptional results but because of all the hard work that the students put into their preparations, their positive attitudes on the day, and for overcoming any nerves.
