Flame Parent Portal
Everything you need for your dancer, together in one place!
Your Flame Parent Portal makes it easy to keep up with your child's dancing, manage lessons, see class updates and find important information.
Follow these four simple steps to get everything set up.
Active your Parent Portal account
Before you can access your Parent Portal, you'll need to activate your account.
It's important to use the same email address you registered with Flame Dance Studios. This allows us to link your account to your child's classes and information automatically.

Select the option to activate your account.

Enter the email address you registered with Flame.

Follow the instructions to create your password and activate your account.

Sign in to your Parent Portal.
Once you're logged in, you'll be welcomed with a short guided tour showing you around the Portal and its main features.
Having trouble activating? Double-check that you're using the email address we have registered for your family. If you're still having difficulty, please email info@flamedancestudios.com and we'll help.
Add the Parent Portal to your home screen
Adding the Portal to your phone's home screen makes it easy to access, just like an app.
On iPhone (Safari):

Open the Parent Portal in Safari.

Tap the Share button.

Select Add to Home Screen.

Tap Add.
On Android (Chrome):

Open the Parent Portal in Chrome.

Tap the three-dot menu.

Select Install app or Add to Home screen.

Follow the prompts.

Enable notifications 🔔
Your Parent Portal is where we'll share important announcements, class updates, reminders and messages.
Please enable notifications so you don't miss anything important.
Once you've added the Portal to your home screen, open it and follow the instructions to allow notifications. You can also manage notification preferences within the Portal.
Set up Student Area
The Flame Student Area is a separate space where dancers can enjoy practice videos, music, routines, learning resources and memories.
It's designed so your child can access their dancing resources without accessing your parent account.

Sign in to your Parent Portal.

Open More and find Student Area.

Follow the instructions to create your child's access PIN.

Open the Student Area on the device your child will use.

You can also enter the Student Area yourself to see exactly what your child can access.

What can I do in the Parent Portal?
Lessons: View upcoming lessons, report absences and arrange catch-ups.
Calendar: Find term dates, studio closures, events and important dates.
Messages: View all messages and emails from the team
Class Updates: Enjoy photos, videos and updates from your child's classes.
Shows: Find performance details, rehearsals, fees, tickets and show information.
Payments: View your tuition and payment history. Update your card. Pay an outsanding balance.
Your Dancer: Find uniform information, request shoes and manage your child's details.
