Our mission at Flame Dance Studios, Cardiff is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where children not only learn the art of dance but also flourish as individuals. We aim to create an environment where dance becomes a journey of joy, growth, and self-discovery for every child who walks through our doors.

Building Confidence:
Empowering children through dance, we aim to boost self-esteem and confidence by providing opportunities for personal growth, achievement, and the celebration of each child's unique accomplishments. These opportunities include parent watch weeks, exams, shows, performance opportunities within the class and in front of other classes, and providing a general environment for growth and praise during classes.
Fairness and Inclusivity:
Embracing a welcoming environment, we value diversity, inclusivity, and a sense of community, ensuring everyone feels a part of our dance family. Every child is empowered to be in control of their dance journey and therefore taking part in shows and exams, although encouraged, is always optional. We implement line switching in shows ensuring every student has an opportunity to shine.
Transparent Communication:
We value open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's progress, class activities, and any relevant updates to foster a collaborative and supportive dance community. Newsletters are circulated every term and we are always available for a chat either by email or at the end of lessons.
