Flame Theatre Trip: Annie the Musical 🎭

We’re excited to invite our Flame families to join us for a special school trip to see Annie the Musical.

Many of our dancers love musicals, storytelling and performance, so this is a lovely opportunity for families to enjoy a theatre trip together and see professional performers bring a well-known story to life on stage.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Can Attend

This trip is open to:

• Flame dancers

• Parents and siblings

• Family members who would like to attend with you

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

🎟️ Tickets

We have reserved a limited number of group tickets through the theatre.

Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until our reserved allocation is filled.

We may be able to add extra tickets - and will let you know if we open a second booking.

ℹ️ Important Booking Information

Because these are group tickets reserved through the theatre:

• Tickets must be booked through this page

• Once our group numbers are confirmed, tickets will be secured with the venue

• After the booking deadline, we may not be able to add additional seats

📅 Booking Deadline

Please book by Wednesday 1st April so we can finalise numbers with the theatre before our group payment deadline.

💺 Seating

Tickets will be available through a seating chart, allowing you to select your exact seats when booking. We have reserved a block of seats for Flame families. Please avoid leaving single empty seats when selecting tickets so we can keep our group seated together.  If a gap is left, we may slightly adjust seat allocations to remove empty seats and will let you know if this happens.

💳 Refund Policy

Tickets purchased through Flame Dance Studios are part of a group booking with the theatre.

Because we must confirm and pay for all tickets in advance, the following policy applies:

• Refunds can be issued up until 3 April 2026.

• After this date, we will have confirmed and paid for our group booking with the theatre.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued by Flame Dance Studios after 3 April 2026.

If you are unable to attend after this date, you are welcome to contact the venue directly to enquire about their ticket policies, however any refunds or exchanges would be at the discretion of the theatre.
