Annual Calendar 2026–27
Our Annual Calendar brings together the teaching dates, planned closures, show deadlines, performances and optional activities taking place throughout the Flame dance year.
We recommend saving the important dates that apply to your family and checking our live calendar in Parent Portal throughout the year for the latest information.
Classes begin on Wednesday 2 September 2026
Monday classes begin on Monday 7 September because of the bank holiday.
Our dates do not always follow school holidays
Unless a closure is specifically listed below, regular classes will continue as normal.
Planned closures are included in your fees
Our annual tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments, so payments remain the same during planned breaks.
Parent Portal contains our live calendar
We add updates and send reminders as each important date approaches.
Keep Up to Date Through Parent Portal
Our Annual Calendar gives families an overview of the dance year, including studio holidays, show dates, rehearsals, examinations and special events.
For the most up-to-date information, please use the Calendar section of your Flame Parent Portal.
You'll find important dates and upcoming events in one convenient place, with announcements and reminders shared through the Portal as events approach.
We recommend adding the Parent Portal to your phone's home screen and enabling notifications so you don't miss anything important.
Changes to Published Dates
We plan the calendar carefully and aim to give families as much notice as possible. Occasionally, an event or date may need to change because of circumstances outside our control.
Any changes will be added to Parent Portal and shared with affected families. The Parent Portal calendar should always be used as the most up to date version.
