✨ 2026 Show Info & Checklist

Welcome to your go-to guide for everything you need to know ahead of this year’s show! From drop-off details and what to wear, to ticket info and media orders, it’s all here in one easy place.

Whether this is your child’s first time on stage or they’ve performed before, we hope this page helps you feel fully prepared and excited for the big day.

👕 Uniform & Shoe Orders

All children will wear their class uniform and correct dance shoes for rehearsals and the show finale. Children in Ballet and Tap classes will need to bring their own ballet and tap shoes, unless you’ve already informed us by email since September that you’re part of our shoe borrowing scheme and these shoes come home with you each week. If you still need to order anything, here are the key dates:

Flame T-Shirts:

Final order deadline past - please reach out if you’re without a t-shirt for the rehearsals and finale
Ballet Uniform:

Final order deadline – Monday 12th January
Ballet & Tap Shoes:

Final order deadline – Monday 12th January

✨ Nude Leotard & Underwear Guidance

To help with quick and discreet costume changes:

For Girls:

All girls must wear a nude leotard for the show. This leotard will be worn for the entire duration of the show, with costumes worn over the top. The leotard will be instead of their usual underwear, no knickers are needed under the leotard.
We kindly ask that you attach clear straps to the nude leotard, instead of using a nude strap, (these are usually supplied with the leotard).
Please ensure your child wears their nude leotard or bodysuit under their uniform before arriving at the venue.
For our older students who are wearing bras, can you please ensure they are hidden under the leotard and have clear straps.

For Boys:

All boys are required to wear black or dark pants. They are also welcome to wear a vest if you feel this will contribute to quick and easy changing from one costume to the next.

The nude leotard under the costume helps make quick changes seamless and fuss-free, so the children can stay focused and ready for each performance.

If you haven't previously purchased a nude leotard for your child, or they have grown out of the one they wore for the previous show I have included some recommendations below. However, please feel free to purchase from a supplier of your choice. The legs should be high, a low back and see through strap option.

📷 Show Photography (Natalie)

Natalie captures some truly magical moments of your child on stage – both in their group dances, rehearsals, backstage, and individual performance shots. You can order a full album of photos (usually a minimum of 20 photos).

£20 for a digital folder of photos
Includes group and solo shots of your dancer
Order deadline: Up to 16th February

🎥 Show Video Recording (Creatorlens)

Want to relive the show at home? You can still order a full recording of the performance.

£20 per copy – choose USB or WeTransfer
USB deadline: 2nd February
WeTransfer orders: Up to 16th February

❤️ A Note from Us

We’ve been so impressed with the progress the children have made this year. I am incredibly excited for this years show, and seeing the development in the children since last years show. As we put the finishing touches on everything, we’re excited to continue seeing the improvements from their hard work, both in and outside of class. We can’t wait to see all the children shine on stage and celebrate the incredible progress they’ve made!
